My Professional Background
My career spans several dynamic roles where I have not only designed but also managed, taught, and influenced. Back when I was an Assistant Training Officer with the Singapore Police Force, I oversaw team wellbeing and training, managing tight deadlines and creating impactful presentations. My role at TrueWorld Studios allowed me to hone my front-end design skills, specializing in UI/UX applications across various platforms. Venturing into educational roles, teaching and mentoring at DigiPen Institute of Technology and the Vertical Institute, where I help shape the future of aspiring designers by imparting crucial design and research skills.
In addition to my formal roles, I've been actively involved in various leadership positions in academic and community settings. Whether facilitating international masterclasses as an International Liaison Ambassador or leading logistics in the ICT Society, I have consistently demonstrated my capability to manage and execute complex projects successfully. My work has not only been about leading but also about learning and contributing to the communities I am part of.
